The town of Saue has intended to regenerate its industrial central area to a modern town center.

In a longer perspective it means bringing multiple functions and use to the cityspace and creating a livable and active center.

The work of Linnalabor started in the autumn of year 2012 with the design of a participatory process for the development of the area. In following 1,5 years the co-planning process took place and in June 2014 the result, based on the ideas of the town's citizens, landowners, entrepreneurs, mayors and other interest groups will be ready.

The co-created vision will be used as a standpoint to the area's detail plan.
